The Boarding Crisis: Clinician Perspectives and Proactive Risk Management Strategies provides proactive strategies that better prepare ED clinicians to integrate boarders into, rather than around, existing work processes. This course also explores foreseeable risks related to the frequently misunderstood and complex care needs of boarders with dementia, psychiatric conditions, and/or substance use disorders.
