Pediatric Documentation: Best Practices provides strategies to effectively: (1) create electronic health record (EHR) entries that avoid bias and demonstrate objectivity in an era of open notes, (2) resolve conflict or disagreement with the recommendations of another healthcare professional, and (3) compose EHR entries that appropriately document discord and resolution. This course also presents copy-and-paste function examples that demonstrate the downstream ramifications of engaging in risky documentation behavior.
