This 1-hour course explores situations that can affect or be affected by provider wellness. Specifically, it describes moral injury, post-traumatic stress disorder, and professional incivility and discusses how these issues may affect clinical decision making. Although there is no magical cure for these issues, many of which are systemic in nature, resources that have been shown to be beneficial are provided.
