The online 'Continuing Medical Education' will allow you to participate in viewing activity materials, take exams and receive credits towards your degree. Since many of our online activities require that you have software to accompany our online presentations, you may not have all the necessary programs to go along with them. Internet Explorer Please take the necessary steps to set up www.med-iq.com as a trusted site:

1. Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options"
2. Click the "Security" tab at the top of the window and select "Trusted Sites" as the Web content zone
3. For Trusted Sites, click the button called "Sites"
4. Add http://www.med-iq.com/ to the zone
5. Make sure the checkbox at the bottom, "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" is unchecked
6. Select "Add" and then click the "OK" button

If you experience difficulty with Windows Media Player and find that you are having trouble connecting to the Webcast, try these steps:

1. Click on the down arrow along the top bar of Windows Media Player directly next to the Minimize, Maximize, and Close buttons.
2. Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Options" from the slide out menu.
3. Click on the "Network" tab at the top of the menu.
4. Uncheck "Multicast", "UDP", and "TCP" from Streaming Protocols. Make sure "HTTP" is checked.
5. Click the "OK" button.
