Although many of our activities are digital in nature, we still understand the importance of the “human factor” in education. Therefore, we maintain our own full-time call center, which includes a dedicated concierge service to assist you with any activity.

Our educational content is rigorous, but our online interfaces are user-friendly, intuitive, clear, and well designed. If you prefer a more traditional way of learning, we also offer print publications and live workshops in many locations. From start to finish and at every touch point, Med-IQ is devoted to maximizing each minute that you spend with us to ensure that you receive the most value for your time. In participant surveys, 91% of learners rated Med-IQ activities higher than other CME activities that they completed in the past year. This high level of satisfaction might be due, in part, to our concierge service. On average, we invest more than 4,600 “concierge hours” annually helping physicians navigate their way through our CME courses, many of which are quality improvement initiatives.
