Managing the Complexities of Parkinson Disease: Practical Strategies for the Federal Healthcare Professional
Overview: The incidence and burden of Parkinson disease (PD) is expected to continue to rise; therefore, it is important that federal practitioners are up to date on evidence-based strategies to recognize and manage this complex, progressive disease. This educational activity is designed to help clinicians in the federal healthcare system become more knowledgeable and confident in the recognition, diagnosis, and management of PD. The activity will also improve awareness of the PD resources available to patients and clinicians in the Department of Veterans Affairs system.
