Interactive Case Studies with the Experts: Improving VTE Prophylaxis in Orthopaedic Surgery
Overview: This program addresses key issues in the risk stratification and prevention of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in oncology patients and patients undergoing orthopaedic surgery in the form of two 30-minute interactive case studies. Each case study is presented by a specialist who cares for that subgroup of patients, then discussed with a nationally-recognized VTE expert.
